    It is no secret that the Chinese Olympic team were using Acupuncture and its related practices to ensure optimum performance fitness. Due to the overwhelming success of the Chinese athletes Acupuncture can gain more of the recognition it deserves as a remedy for sports related injuries and ailments. Long used for the relief of chronic pain, acupuncture not only produces immediate first aid relief for acute injures but can also accelerate the healing process.
